Janet Wright

Janet S. Wright, 58, of Montcalm, WV, passed away on January 18, 2021 from complications of Covid-19 at Reston Hospital Center in Reston, VA.

Born on September 7, 1962 at Stevens Clinic in Welch, she was a daughter of the late James T. and Elsie Fitzgerald Catron. Janet had been a resident of Mercer Nursing and Rehab for 3 ½ years and had missed seeing her friends and family during this pandemic. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith.

Left to cherish her memory is her devoted and loving husband, James A. Wright of Montcalm, WV; son, Mark A. (Crystal) Wright and their children, Brandon, Blake and Kinlee of Welch; daughter, Jennifer S. Wright and son, Jonathan of Princeton; and loving sister, Ruth (Dean) Lane of Brushfork.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends may call one hour prior, on Friday from 10:00-11:00 AM, at the funeral home.
