James Farmer

James Farmer, 25, of Elbert, WV, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at home. Born February 20, 1999 in Bluefield, WV, he was a son of Jeffery and Diane Farmer. James was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Andrew and Peggy Boner as well as his paternal grandparents, Vernon and Kate Farmer. 

Those left to cherish James' memory are his parents, Jeffrey and Diane Farmer of Elbert, WV; and brother, Michael Farmer and wife, Jennifer of Princeton, WV.

Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, February 21, 2025 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Glas Briggs officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park where Cody Wyatt, Danny Farmer, and Allen Uhl will serve as pallbearers. The Family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Farmer family. Cody Wyatt, Danny Farmer, Allen Uhl, John Shell, Steven McClaskey, and Larry McClaskey will serve as pallbearers.
