James Wesley Fagg

James (Jim) Wesley Fagg, 85, of Montcalm, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 202 at the Maples Nursing Home in Bluefield.

Born on April 8, 1935 in Montcalm, he was a son of the late Walter and Pauline Billings Fagg. He was a retired coal at Crane Creek. He was a veteran of the US Army and was a member of the Sandlick Baptist Church. Jim loved to help his neighbors and friends. He enjoyed cutting and splitting wood and fishing with his brother in law.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Fagg Neal; two sisters, Mary Sikes and Barbara Sarver; and one brother, Raymond Fagg, Sr. He was the last surviving member of his family.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Dolly Saddler Fagg of the home; two daughters, Nancy Fagg of Bluefield, and Lisa (Larry) Trump of Danbury, NC; 2 grandchildren, Brandi (Rodney) Smith and Brandon (Ashley) Trump of NC; three great grandchildren, Jase and Levi Smith and Jasmine Trump of NC; and several nieces and nephews. He also loved his dogs, Bailey and Mindy.

Private graveside services for family will be conducted with Pastor Eddie Mabe officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
