James Edward Addair

James Edward Addair, 55, of Welch, WV, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Welch Community Hospital.

Born on December 7, 1964 in Welch, he was a son of the late Bernard Addair and Lois Jean Lauderback Addair.

James was married to his loving wife Karen Lester Addair in 1990. They have a daughter, Dorothy Jean Campbell and husband Randall of Abbs Valley, VA. James was blessed with three grandchildren, Nicholas James Baker, Bentley Addair, and Arianna Campbell whom he loved very much. James had six sisters, Tammy (Ronnie) Hamilton of Gary, WV, Lee Carter of Havaco, WV, twin sister, Jean (Jimmy) Overstreet of Gary, WV, Vivian (Ernie) Collins of Gary, WV, Karen Addair of Gary, WV, Diann (Tony) Bailey of TX. James also had several nieces and nephews whom he loved and was close to.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Rhodeena Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Randall Campbell, Tyler Campbell, Jerry Farmer, Keith Potter, Kevin Potter, Brandon Potter, Ronnie Hamilton and Ben Addair will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may call prior to services, from 12:30 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
