Jackie Gillespie

Jackie Sue Gillespie, 75, of Monroeton, PA passed away early Monday morning, March 9, 2020 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and James Bailey in Monroeton, PA.  Jackie was born February 13, 1945 in Nortfork, WV the daughter of William C. Snow and Agnes Mae Richardson Snow.  She was employed by Hardee’s Restaurant in Bluefield, WV for many years.  Jackie enjoyed spending time with her family, dancing and traveling to Myrtle Beach to be near the ocean.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl J. (James) Bailey with whom she resided in Monroeton, PA, Rebekah K. (Dave) Folden of Alabama, Mary E. (Manny) Shoemaker of Alabama, Donald (Misty) Lockhart of Alabama, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother, Curtis Wayne Snow of Southport, NC,

Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Jackie was predeceased by her husband Edgar Gillespie, stepson, James Gillespie, grandson, Christopher Shoemaker, sisters, Barbara Ann Lockhart and Emily Jean DeMarcy, and brother, William Bruce Snow.
