Harvey Jackson Lockhart

Harvey Jackson Lockhart, 76, of Havaco, WV passed away Monday, August 29, 2022 at his sons’ home in Princeton, WV. Born October 20, 1945 in Havaco, WV, he was a son of the late Bill and Hazel Knox Lockhart. Harvey was a retired coal miner and a member of the UMWA. He attended the Church of God in Welch, WV and was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his parents, Harvey was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Lockhart, four sisters and two brothers. Those left to cherish Harvey’s memory are his sons, Dwayne Lockhart and wife, Christy of Princeton, WV, and Donnie Lockhart and companion, Courtney Ramsey of Pickens, SC; daughter, Billie Coleman of Summerville, SC; sister, Sally Kirk of Bluewell, WV; grandchildren, Tanner and Taylor Lockhart of Princeton, WV, Chase and Jordan Lockhart of Pickens, SC, Matthew Coleman and wife, Louise of London, England, and Emily and Jalen Coleman of Charleston, SC; sister, Connie Belcher of Bluefield; and brother, Ronnie Lockhart of Princeton.
