Glenn Garnet Miller

Glenn Garnet Miller, 68, of Bluefield, Virginia passed away on Sunday, November 03, 2019 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia.

Glenn was born on January 18, 1951 in War, West Virginia to the late Samuel Glenn and Edna Price Miller. Glenn was raised in Bluefield, West Virginia and late become a long time Resident of Bluefield, Virginia. He was a graduate of Bluefield High School Class of 1969 and a graduate of Bluefield Sate College. Glenn was of the Baptist Faith and a retired Truck Driver.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son Kevin Holcomb and a nephew Jeffery Boyd.

Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Carolyn Call Miller of the home; Son Anthony “Tony” Groom; Daughter Kimberly Thompson; two sisters Peggy Boyd and husband Johnny and Eloise Wise and husband Charles; Nephews Blair and Craig Wise; Nieces Bonnie Thompson and Brenda Yuris. Life-long best friend/brother Daniel Nester. Glenn is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

The Miller family will have a memorial service highlighting and celebrating his life on a future date.
