Frank Dale Miller

Frank Dale Miller, 79, of Bluefield, WV, passed Saturday, October 14, 2023, at WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital.

Born May 17, 1944, in Jenkinjones, WV, he was a son of the late Howard and Violet Miller. Dale was a resident of Bluefield, WV for 17 years and a member of Bluewell Church of God. He worked 24 years in the coal mines before retiring and was a member of the UMWA. Dale loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting.

Those left to cherish Dale’s memory are his wife, Shirley J. Miller, of the home; son, Brian Miller, of Stanley, NC; daughters, Brooke Miller of Bluefield, WV, and Traci Miller of Roanoke, VA; brother, Joseph Miller and wife Karen of Anawalt, WV; grandchildren, Lindsey Chandler and husband Aliks and Joshua Miller, and great grandchildren, Amelia Chandler, Jaxon Miller, and Westlyn Harding.

Graveside rites will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, in Bluewell, WV, with Pastor Dewyane Houk officiating. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend services are asked to meet at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
