Frances Junette Dinger

Frances Junette Stacy Dinger, of 900 Holston Rd., Carrington Place, Wytheville, VA departed this earth Thursday, June 14, 2018 to be with her Lord Jesus Christ.

Born February 16, 1931 in Bland VA, she was a daughter of the late E.H. (Jack) Stacy and Minnie Pauley Stacy. She lived on Littlesburg Rd. from the age of 5 until the passing of her beloved husband Fred. She attended Wade School.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; a son, Roger Dinger; a daughter, Kelly Dinger; and siblings Geraldine Stacy, Shirley Merideth, Freda Coeburn, and Barbara McGhee

Survivors include:

Children Bruce Dinger and Brandee Haley  of Bland, VA, Karen and Larry Butt of Lexington, SC, Steve and Katie Dinger of Wytheville, VA, Kathy and Jimmy Herron of Sumter, SC, and Tommy Dinger of Rocky Gap, VA; siblings Wilma Martin of Pearisburg, VA, Nancy and Doug George of Purgitsville, WV, and Howard and Christine Stacy of Bluewell, WV

15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Allen Wilder officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00-1:00PM at the funeral home.
