Evelyn Maxine Martin

Evelyn Maxine Martin, 75, of Williamsfield, OH and formerly of Maybeury, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 in New Castle, PA.

Born on July 13, 1944 in Hemphill, WV, she was a daughter of the late Carl Finley, Sr. and Frankie Mikles Finely, Sr. She had been a resident of Ohio for 7 years and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Martin and 2 brothers.

Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (David) Remmells of Morgantown, WV; son, David (Jennifer) Nance of Sterling, VA; special friend, Ervin Coe of Williamsfield, OH; sister, Lorraine (John) Lester of Princeton, WV and brothers, Carl (Sherry) Finley of Green Valley, WV, John Finley and Ruby Goins of Bluefield, WV, Monroe (Randa) Finley of Bluefield, WV, and Walter Finley of Bluefield, WV.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Omar Burns officiating. Burial will follow on a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends may call prior to services on Thursday, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
