Emily Jean DeMarcey

Emily Jean DeMarcey, 77, of Princeton, WV, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Summers Nursing and rehab Center in Hinton.

Born on January 26, 1941 in Keystone, WV, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Agnes Snow. She was a longtime member of the New Hope United Methodist Church and had formerly served as President of the United Methodist Women’s.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby DeMarcey; brother, William Bruce “Billy” Snow; and a sister, Barbara Lockhart and her husband, Arlan.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Betty Shields officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with friends and family serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Saturday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
