Ellen Jane Glovier

Ellen Jane Glovier, 72, of Northfork, WV, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Princeton Community Hospital after a long illness.   Born on January 14, 1946 in Bramwell, WV, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Thelma Taylor Hess. She had been a lifelong resident of Northfork, WV and was of the Christian faith. She was a homemaker.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.   Survivors include:   Husband:             William H. Glovier, Jr. of the home   2 sons:                  Larry Glovier and Claudia Chavez of Fayetteville, NC Jeff Glovier and Becky Green of Princeton                   Daughter:            Laura and Robert Tosti of Indian Trail, NC   10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren   2 sisters:              Shirley and Denver McPeak of Bluefield                                 Geraldine Hess of Bluefield   Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 4:00PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Minister Randy Green officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park where Larry Glovier, Jeff Glovier, Robert Tosti, Kyle Glovier, Dean Glovier, Mark Taylor, and James Pruett will serve as pallbearers.   Friends may call on Saturday from 3:00-4:00pm at the funeral home.   Online condolences will be accepted at www.cravens-shires.com.
