Elizabeth “Picky” Tote Blevins, 86, of Princeton, West Virginia formerly of Northfork, West Virginia passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Mercer Nursing and Rehab.
Elizabeth was born on May 12, 1932 in Superior, West Virginia to the late John and Hallie Tote of Coalwood, West Virginia. She was one of thirteen siblings and a member of the Crossroads Pentecostal Church in Bluefield, West Virginia.
Elizabeth held many positions over the years including modeling at Mercer Mall in Bluefield, West Virginia, which was her favorite. She enjoyed quilting and was a member of the Quilting Club of Crumpler, West Virginia. She also enjoyed needle point and making pillows to give to others.
Survivors include her husband of 70 years Bruce Blevins as well as her three children Brenda Bolen of Waverly, Ohio; David Blevins and wife Denise of Wilmington, North Carolina and Michael Blevins of Anawalt, West Virginia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held for Elizabeth on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia with Rev. Travis Lowe and Rev. Preston Mathena officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia with grandsons and members of the church serving as pallbearers.
The Blevins family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
