Edna Marie Farmer

Edna Marie Farmer, 78, of Princeton Avenue, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at WVU Princeton Community Hospital.

Born on August 10, 1945 in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of the late Howard Calfee, Sr. and Margaret Louise Peters Calfee. She was a member of the Princeton Advent Christian Church and attended when her health permitted. She was a former secretary and worked with her husband at their business, Larry’s Pneumatic Service.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Larry Shannon Farmer, Sr.

Survivors include three sons, Larry Shannon (Tammy) Farmer, Jr. of Sandlick, William Joseph (Karen) Farmer of Bluefield; and Benjamin Scott Farmer of Bluefield.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Pastor Sam Walsh officiating. Burial will follow with friends and family serving as pallbearers.

Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home at 1:30 on Tuesday.
