Edna "Boots" Mae Lynch

Edna Mae “Boots” Lynch, 81, of Princeton Health Care formerly of New Hope Road passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Princeton Health Care in Princeton, West Virginia.Edna was born on November 29, 1935 in McComas, West Virginia to the late Robert and Bertha Lusk Poore. She had been a resident of Bluewell for 60 years and was of the Pentecostal Faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Richard Lynch, One son Gary Lynch and one daughter Anita Conley; four brothers Junior Taylor, Everett Taylor, Garney Lusk, Michael Poore and one sister Lorraine Young. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Karen May of Bluefield, West Virginia; five brother’s William Tooley of Princeton, West Virginia; James Poore and wife Rose of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Roger Poore and wife Sue of Princeton, West Virginia, Fairley Poore and wife Lee of Maryland and Steven Poore and wife Janice of King, North Carolina. Four sister’s Lula Jones of Bluefield, West Virginia, Judy Roberts and husband Larry of Bluefield, West Virginia, Leona Shrewsbury and husband Arnold of Maryland and Wanda Blevins and husband Jeff of King, North Carolina. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Very special caregivers at Princeton Health Care. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, West Virginia with Rev. Steve Poore and Rev. Larry Roberts officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia where the family will be serving as pallbearers. The Family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences will be accepted at www.cravens-shires.com
