Drema Diane Howell

Drema Diane Howell, 64, of Rock Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at home peacefully with her family by her side. Born on April 8, 1959 in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Stewart Everette Lusk and Ann Hall. She was a resident of Montcalm all her life and attended Bluefield State College where she received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, William Thomas Howell; her two daughters, Misty Lusk and Jamie Hurley; and brother, Keith Lusk.

Those left to cherish Drema’s memory include her mother and step-father, Ann and Jimmy Sluder; daughter and son-in-law, Krista and Herman Sizemore; step-daughter, Ginger (Brennan) Hurley; 5 grandchildren, Emily Hurley, Erika Tiller, Ethan Tiller, Tori Sizemore, and Dawson Sizemore; 3 great-grandchildren, Maci, Myrcella, and Ollie; brothers, Michael (Gail) Lusk and Johnny (Loretta) Lusk; and her 2 pups, Ryder and Harley.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday, October 16, 2023 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Omar Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends  on Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Howell family.
