Donna Jean Gadd

Donna Jean Gadd, 62, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at her home.  Born May 5, 1959 in McDowell county, she was the daughter of Lois Cox of Green Valley, WV and the late John Lawless, she was a resident of Bluefield for 25 years. Donna was a member of Cumberland Heights Church and a retired book keeper for Melvin Cox.

In addition to her father, Donna is preceded in death by a brother, Houston Lawless.

Those left to cherish Donna’s memory are her husband, Cy Gadd, of the home; daughter, Stormy Jo Lawless (Mark Turner) of Bluefield, WV; sons, John Gadd, of Bluefield, WV, and Jessie Gadd (Kelly) of Huntington, WV; brothers, Clovis Lawless (Lisa) of Beckley, WV, and Joe Lawless of Green Valley, WV; and five grandchildren, Hayden, Tre, Collin, Milo, and D.J..

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Kestner officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Mausoleum. There will be no public visitation.
