Donald Eugene Gibson

Donald Eugene Gibson, 73, of Bluefield, WV, passed Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at WVU Medicine Bluefield Regional Medical Center. 

Born October 15, 1951, in Welch, WV, he was a son to the late Albert Gibson, Jr. and Susie Bouchelle Gibson. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by three sisters, Mona, Peggy and Kasheka. 

Those left to cherish Donald's memory are his brothers, Albert Gibson of Bluefield, WV, Grover Gibson of NC, Damon Gibson of Bluefield, WV, and Eddie Gibson of NC; sisters, Ruthie Lester of Davy, WV, Janice Gibson of New Martinsville, WV, Frances Lester of SC, Ardie Mullins of SC, and Mary Cole of FL; and loved dearly by many nieces and nephews. 

In keeping with Donalds wishes, he is to be cremated, and a memorial service will be annouced at a later date.
