Donald Louis Crisco

Donald Louis Crisco, age 86, of College Avenue, Bluefield, WV died on Friday, May 12, 2017 at his home.Born on April 13, 1931 in Brushfork, WV, he was a son of the late Adam McKinley and Minnie Elizabeth Davis Crisco. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served in the US Army. He was the recipient of 2 Purple Hearts. He loved the great outdoors and all animals. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Barnett Crisco; a sister, Evelyn; and brothers, Calvin, Orrin Lee, Marion and Wayne Crisco.Survivors include:Son: John “Skip” Lashure of Chatsworth, GADaughter: Elizabeth Crisco of the homeSisters: Elizabeth Simmons and Glenna VanceGrandchildren: Lonnie Lashure of Ft. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA. The Bluefield Virginia VFW Post 9696 will be performing military graveside honors.
