Dennis Paul Pennington

Dennis Paul Pennington of Glenwood received his heavenly reward and was carried into the arms of Jesus January 22, 2022, at Princeton Health Care surrounded by family. Born January 28, 1961, in Princeton to Cecil (Gene) Pennington and Eula Pennington.

Dennis was preceded in death by his mother, Eula Pennington. He is survived by his father, Gene Pennington of Glenwood; brother Roby Pennington and wife Sharon of Bluefield; nephews Roby Pennington II and wife Lisa and daughters Abigail and Scarlet of Princeton and Derik Pennington and wife Kelly of Rochester, Minnesota.

Dennis was a special young man that loved serving the lord and going to church at Rogers Street community church. He never met a stranger and truly loved everyone he met. Dennis had been a resident of Princeton Healthcare Center for the last year where he received the best of care from a wonderful staff.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Cravens-Shires Funeral home at 11:00 with Minister Don Williams officiating. The Pennington family will receive friends and relatives from 10:00 until the time of service on Wednesday. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
