David Wayne Johnston

David Wayne Johnston, 54, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 7^th, 2022, at his home in Bluefield, West Virginia.

He was born on August 2, 1967 in Bluefield, West Virginia. Wayne was the son of Dorcas R Knuckles and the late David P Johnston.

He was preceded in death by his father, David P Johnston and his brother, John O Johnston.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Dorcas R Knuckles of Wytheville, VA. His stepmom Pinky Johnston of Bluefield, WV. His siblings, James E Johnston and wife Wanda of Bluefield, Melissa A Lewis and husband Phillip of Timberlake, NC, Lori L Murray of Rayland, OH, Crystal K Mills and fiancé Craig of Huntington, WV, and Amanda F Hinson and husband Ray of Taylorsville, NC.

His nieces and nephews, Zachary Lewis, Tanner Lewis, Levi Lewis, Matthew Johnston, Veronica Hudson, Alyssa Mills, Gabe Mills, Abbie Kinser, Elijah Kinser and Eddie Pearcy.

A private ceremony will be held by the family.
