Danny Ray Keller

Danny Ray Keller, 60, of Bastian, Virginia passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at Bland County Nursing and Rehab Center.  Born July 18, 1959 in Welch, West Virginia, Danny was a son of the late William J.C. and Gladys Skeens Keller.  He was a member of the Church of Christ.  In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by seven brothers, Douglas Keller, Joseph Keller, William Keller, Ernie Keller, Earnest Keller, Frank Keller, Ruffy Keller; two sisters, Jackie Kiss and Carol Watkins.

Those left to cherish Danny’s memory are two children, Angela Keller of Bluefield, VA, and Danny James Keller of Martinsburg, WV; step-daughter, Amy Blevins of Alderson, WV; step-son, Ricky Blevins of Lebanon, VA; four brothers, Lacy Keller of Princeton, WV, Aubrey Keller and wife, Tammy of Princeton, WV, Alfred Keller and wife, Goldie of Bluewell, WV, and John Keller and wife, Sherry of Boissevain, VA; four sisters, Dianna Baker and husband, Eric of Montcalm, WV, Sue Grossi and husband, Tommy of North Carolina, Verta Newman of Keystone, WV, and Cora Mae Kimball of Jacksonville, FL; 7 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Pastor Glen Goins officiating.  Interment will follow at the Sluss Cemetery in Mudfork, VA where James Crutchfield, Derick Blevins, Roger Hodge, Brandon Sands, Eric Baker, and Steven Cowan will serve as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.cravens-shires.com.  Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell is serving the Keller family.
