Danny Ray Bales

Danny Ray Bales, 73, of Emerald Street, Bluefield, WV, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. 

Born on April 27, 1947 in Maybeury, WV, he was the son of the late Ezra and Nina Perdue Bales. Danny was a member of the Brushfork Baptist Church and he was a veteran of the US Marines. 

He was preceded in death by a brother, Ezra Vincent Bales.

He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Pamela O 'Donnell Bales; 2 sons, Shawn and Andy Bales of Bluefield, WV;  and a daughter, Stephanie Bales of Bluefield, WV. He had two wonderful grandchildren, Sierrah and Lizzie Bales and a sister, Sharon (Dave) Bailey of Bluefield. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Dr. Dan Jividen officiating. 

Friends may call prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
