Dakota Ray Brewster, 20, of Falls Mills VA passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018.
Dakota was born in Bluefield WV on February 17, 1998 to Jamie and Kimberly Brewster. He was a 2016 Graham High School graduate and a volunteer firefighter with the Bluewell Fire Department. He also worked at Minova as a line operator.
He was preceded in death by his Great-Grandfathers James Brewster of Falls Mills VA, Maurice Moore of Falls Mills VA and Great-Grandparents William and Frances Canter of Brushfork WV.
He is survived by his Father and Mother, Jamie and Kimberly Brewster and sisters Samantha and Ariel Brewster of Falls Mills VA. His Grandparents; Jimmy and Nancy Brewster of Falls Mills VA, Chris and Thomas Peak of Falls Mills VA, and Eddie Blevins and his companion Patty of Nemours WV. Great-Grandmothers; Joyce Moore of Falls Mills VA, Veneta Brewster of Falls Mills VA and Frances Blevins of Abbs Valley VA, in addition to several uncles, aunts, niece, cousins and his best friend, Devon Briley.
Dakota loved hunting with his Dad, working on cars and trucks with his Pawpaw Jimmy and being with his friends 4-wheeling. He devoted his time volunteering with the Bluewell Fire Department for the past two years.
The funeral service will conducted on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 1:00pm at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Pastor Danny Scott and Pastor Shawn Boone officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with the Bluewell Fire Department and friends, Devon Briley and Jacob Brooks, serving as pallbearers.
