Corrine Sanchez of Filbert, West Virginia went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Corrine was born on January 22, 1934 in Welch, West Virginia to the late Joseph and Annie Costanzo. She had been a lifelong resident of Filbert she was retired from US Steel as secretary. Corrine was also a member of the Catholic Church in Gary, West Virginia.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Sanchez and sister Katy Neve.
She is survived by two sisters Josephine Day and husband Robert of Skygusty, WV and Helen Talley and husband Larry of Richmond, VA; one brother in law Jimmy Neve. She was a very loving and devoted Aunt to nine nieces and nephews, seventeen great nieces and nephews and ten great great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia with Father Anthony Lacson and Rev. Roger Yates officiating the service. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia with nephews serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
