Clifton W. Farrington

Clifton Weldon Farrington,61, of Brushfork, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 14, 2022 at his home.

Born on June 11, 1960 in Bluefield, he was a son of Elaine Farrington and the late Ted Farrington, Jr. He was a lifelong resident of Mercer County and was a fixture at the Mercer County Airport where he owned a cleaning and detailing business. He will be missed by many.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Rebecca Petry and husband Randy of Speedway.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with friends of 40+ years, Jimmy Pilkins, Monty Coppola and others serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Saturday prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM, at the funeral home.

The family asks that masks be worn.
