Christopher Lee Lawrence

Christopher Lee Lawrence, 49, of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at WVU Princeton Community Hospital. 

Born on December 26, 1974, in Bluefield, he was a son of Joyce Blankenship Gibson of Bluefield and the late Curtis Lawrence. He was a construction worker. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Roger Gibson and a daughter, Michelle Hammonds; and a brother, Leslie Ray Blankenship. 

Survivors include his wife, Christine Auton Lawrence of the home; daughters, Tiffany Lawrence (Ryan), Kristin Lawrence (Carey), Tyra Duesing (Justin); sons, Michael Lawrence (Santana) and Logan Coburn (Chelsea); grandchildren, Kaydyn, Trinity, Priscilla, Jacoby, Zoey, Jordan, Alyssa, Lillian, Harmony, Aubree, Joey, Killian, and grandson Levi coming in April; and his siblings, David Lawrence, Allen Gibson, Casey Gibson & Jennifer Lawrence.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Emory Marchant officiating. 

Friends may call prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
