Christopher "Chris" James

Christopher "Chris" James, 41 of Freeman WV., passed away on October 29, 2017. Born on January 27, 1976, he was the son of Randy and Hallie James of Freeman, WV. Chris was an excellent welder and fabricator, having last been employed by Ayers Engineering, of Bluefield, VA. . He is survived by his parents and his Grand Mother, Betty Blevins of Princeton, WV, Aunts and Uncles, the Rev. Dolly Sexton and husband David of Brushfork, Arthur Blevins and wife Cindy of Brushfork, Michael Blevins of Princeton, WV, Debbie Perdue and husband Rick of the Littlesburg Road, Ken Davidson and wife Shirley of Freeman, WV., His companion, Michelle Fox and his most precious gift, Sharley Roman of Florida. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 at the Maybeury Church of God. Memorial Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. at the Maybeury Church of God with the Rev. Kenny Bogart and the Rev. Dolly Sexton.
