Charlie Marion "Moose" Neel, Jr.

Charlie Marion (Moose) Neel, Jr. 59 of Princeton was called home to be with his Lord and Savior.
He was born on January 3, 1959 in Bluefield, WV to the late Charlie and Charlotte Call Neel. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first son, Charlie Marion Neel lll, a brother David Neel, and sister Beryl Pickett.
He loved going to church and having the chance to preach the word of God He also enjoyed writing journals, leaving behind his legacy to his children. “Let alone" Charlie was a family man, when you thought you was down he brought you up!!! Charlie (Dad) left everything in God’s Hands.
Survivors include his children Dwayne Neel (Ashley) of Montcalm WV, Veronica Neel (Ryan) of Princeton WV, grandchildren Dalton Neel, Sophia Neel, and Braxton Brewster. Siblings, Julian Neel of North Carolina and a Dear Friend Ann Belcher.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 11:00 am at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Rev. Darryl Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV where Dwayne Neel, Sonny Belcher, Ryan Brewster, Joe Pennington, Lee Bowers and Austin Whitaker will be serving as pallbearers.
Friends and relatives may visit with the Neel family Sunday, February 11, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Funeral Home.
