Catherine Luevern Mullins

Catherine Luevern Mullins, 95, of Princeton, WV, passed Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Mercer Nursing and Rehab in Bluefield, WV. 

Born December 19, 1929, in Oakvale, WV, to the late Jessie James and Virgie Eller "Lilly" Brinkley. Catherine was the last surviving member of her family. She was a dedicated homemaker to her husband and children throughout her life. 

In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Mullins; son, Gary Lee Mullins; and daughter, Sherri Lane Mullins.

Those left to cherish Catherine's memory are her daughters, Kim Mullins of Hickory, NC, Brenda Wilson and husband Keith of Zephyrhills, FL, and Debbie Parson, of Princeton, WV; grandchild, Les Wilson of Zephyrhills, FL; great grandchild, David Wilson, of Martinsburg, WV; and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held, Friday, February 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell, WV, with Rev. Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Princeton, WV, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call one hour prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
