PICTURE w. this obitCarol Jean Watkins, 60, of Index Lane, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at her home.Born on October 30, 1957 in Welch, she was a daughter of the late William JC and Gladys Skeens Keller. She had been a resident of Littlesburg Road for 20 years and was a homemaker. She attended Deliverance Temple in Brushfork. David Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where James Lavake, Billy Grossi, Michael Grossi, Kenny Cook, John Day and Derek Caldwell will serve as pallbearers.Friends may call on Friday from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
