Carleene "Sissy" K Mills

Carleene (Sissy) K. Williams Mills, 67 of Beeson, WV won her battle with cancer as she went to her heavenly home, Wednesday, February 26, 2020. She was a faithful member of South View Church from its plant in 2004. She worked hard for the Lord and she was ready to go home.

Carleene was born January 12, 1953 in Bluefield to the late Carl C. and Evelyn F. Hurt Williams. She was preceded in death by her father and 1 sibling Rebecca Williams.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Mills of the home for 32 years. Also survived by her three children, Tracie Barger (companion Chris Hal) Princeton, WV, Andy Rostin of the home and Amber Lindamood (Tony) of Montcalm. She leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Ashleigh Rostin Tribble (David), Cassandra (Cassie) Blake, Zakkary, AbbiGayle and Larkyn Gibson. 3 great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Braxton and Teighan Hart. Step grandchildren, Ciera and Laken Lindamood.

Also, left to cherish her memory are her siblings: Edith Jarrell, Bluefield, WV, Blaine (Rhonda) Williams, Spanishburg, WV and Daniel (Michele) Williams of Bluewell. Several other brothers and sister-in-laws from her Mills family. She has many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews whom she loved dearly.

Per her wish, she was cremated no formal services are being held.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, any monetary donations can be made to Cravens-Shires Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
