Camellia Ann Ratcliff

Camellia Ann Ratcliff, 79, of Princeton, WV, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

Born on March 8, 1945 in McComas, she was a daughter of Ira J. and Virginia Ruth Landreth Ratcliff. She had been a lifelong resident of Mercer County and was a member of the Church of Christ in Princeton. She was retired from Mercer County Schools with more than 30 years of service.

Camellia was a loving sister, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was dedicated to caring for others and serving our  Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother George Ratcliff, brother Gary Ratcliff, brother Lionel and his wife Julienne Ratcliff, sister Mary and her husband Howard Simpkins.

Camellia is survived and missed by her daughters, Tenise Mabe (Troy Walker) of Princeton and Kimberly (Bryan) Rotenberry of Princeton. She will be forever cherished by her grandchildren Nicole (Rusty) Coeburn of Bluefield, Aaron Ayoub of Rock, Grant Rotenberry of Princeton, and Michael Rotenberry of Atlanta, GA; great grandchildren Kenlee and Giavonna Coeburn; and brothers, John (Sue) Ratcliff of St. George, UT, David (Beverly) Ratcliff of Bluefield; and sister, Rebecca (Eddie) Repass of Bluefield; and sister-in-law, Karen Ratcliff of King, NC; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

Private funeral services will be held at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Sheri Kernik officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family serving as pallbearers.
