Bridget LeAnna Primmer

Bridget LeAnna Primmer, 39, of Rock, WV...departed January 1, 2018, beginning her journey into a heavenly eternity. Though we were only briefly blessed with her presence, the echo of her laughter & memories of her smile will be treasured always by all that knew and loved her.

A fierce friend, loving daughter, mother & grandmother, Bridget was born April 24, 1978, in Blfd.,WV and was a lifelong resident of the Rock area. Though she held positions at several local businesses throughout her life, her primary occupation was devoted mother and homemaker for her two children, her mother and her family. 

The daughter of Ronnie L Primmer Sr of Princeton, WV and Diana Hawley Primmer of Sandlick,WV. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Maggie Hawley of Bluewell, WV, paternal grandparents, Richard & Loretta Barrett of Sandlick, WV...aunts: Patty Blackwell of Sandlick, WV and Denise Fulford of Princeton, WV....Survivors include her parents, her daughter,  Faith Fleming of Rock, WV & son, Jay Horton of the home....Grandaughter, Clara Grace Mitchell....Brothers: Allen Lee Primmer& wife Beth of Lakeland, FL. Cameron Levi Primmer of Lakeland, FL,  Ronnie Lee Primmer Jr & wife Jennifer of Princeton, WV, and Aaron Scott Primmer of Princeton, WV.

       "When you speak of her, speak not through tears, for thoughts of her should not be sad. Let memories of the times you shared give you comfort, for her life was complete because of you."

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, January 8, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Monday, from 12:00-1:00 at the funeral home.
