Brandon Kirk Athey

Brandon Kirk Athey, age 33 from Princeton, WV passed away on March 23, 2018 in Charleston, WV. Born February 12, 1985 in Beckley WV, he was the son of Debra Milam Taylor of Princeton, WV and Kirk Athey of Martinsville VA. He was a Princeton High School graduate class of 2004. Brandon was an avid fisherman and loved selling cars for a living. Brandon was a free spirit and loved his family and friends; he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his Daughter, Kyndall Jayde Athey; Brother, Anthony D. Athey and Sister, Alexis A. Taylor all of Princeton WV. Grandparents are the late Ann Jane Hamer Milam of Maybeury, WV, Gerald and Donna Milam of Beckley, WV, Linda Parks Milam of Princeton, WV, Orville and Kathern Athey of Martinsville, Va. The late Great-Grandparents, Joseph and Louise Hamer formerly of Keystone and Sandlick WV, Oswald and Margaret Milam formerly of Crumpler and Bluewell, WV. Nephews, Khamrin Athey, Isaac Athey, and Waylon Murphy. Neice, Khaidyn Athey.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. With a funeral service being held at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with the Reverend Virgil Green officiating the service.
