Billie Joyce Frazier McNeal, 87, of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023.

Born on January 24, 1936 in Bozoo, WV, she was a daughter of the late Henry Grady Frazier, Sr. Adam Vivian Hazel Reed Frazier. She had formally worked for National Coil and St. Luke's Hospital as a nurses aide.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, William Jackson McNeal, a brother, John, Thomas Frazier, a sister, Mary Ann Hill, and a brother, Henry, Grady, Frazier, Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Patty (Michael) Kiser of Belleville, NC; a son, William Michael McNeal of Bluefield; 2 grandchildren, Uriah Alexander, Aaron Daniel; 4 great grandchildren, Daniel Alexander, Kaden Michael, Saiorse Rose, and Theodore Rexford; and two sisters, Eda (Shannon) Shields of Bluefield, and Linda Jane Hawks of Bristol, TN.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Craig Hammond officiating. Burial will follow at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Bluefield, where family members will serve as pallbearers. 

Friends may call prior to services, from 12 o'clock to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
