Beverly Gay Matusevich

Beverly Gay Matusevich, 72, of Cliffmont Avenue, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at her home.

Born on November 28, 1949 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of the late Grover and Mary Teasley Sanders. She worked in the healthcare industry specializing in nursing home eligibility.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Matusevich of the home; daughters, Barbara Ann Perkins of Connelly Springs, NC, and Mary Beth Stewart of Conway, SC; one grandson, Nick; a brother, Ted Sanders of Princeton, WV; and a sister, Ann Gombash of Romeoville, IL.

Beverly’s wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services.

The family wishes that memorial contributions to be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American  Cancer Society.
