Betty Jane DeQuino, 72, of Cola Avenue (Bluewell), Bluefield, WV, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
Born on December 28, 1945 in Coopers, she was a daughter of the late Watt McKinley Carter and Edith E.J. Brown DeQuino. She had been a resident of Bluefield for 12 years and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Darrell Carter; and a sister, Willa Dean Carter.

Daughters: Sherri Tabor Willer of Ft. Myers, FL
Samantha Jane DeQuino of Bluewell
3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren
Sister: Marie (Thomas) Kirby of Bluewell
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Pastor David Lusk officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Tracy Pauley, Allen Kirby, Jimmy Perkins, Justin Lively, Carl Russell Tabor, Gino Russo, Don Perkins, and Lonnie Pennington will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Friday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
