Benita Pamela Bales

Benita Pamela Bales, 73, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024 at Mercer Healthcare Center. Born June 14, 1950 in Montcalm, WV, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mildred Gillenwater O’Donnell. Pamela was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Ray Bales; sister, Carol Pointdexter; and brother, Barry O'Donnell.

Those left to cherish Pamela’s memory are her children, Shawn Bales of Bluefield, WV, Andy Bales and wife, Tammy of Richlands, VA, Stephany Bales and boyfriend, Jeffrey Evans of Bluefield, WV; grandchildren, Jackson and Eden Bales, and Sierra and Lizzie Bales.

Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 PM Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Dr. Dan Jividen officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Bales family.
