Belinda Ratliff Archer

Belinda Ratliff Archer, 67, of Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Belinda was born on June 18, 1950 in Mercer County, West Virginia to the late Walter Adams and Loretta Thompson Adams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Tommy L. Ratliff, Sr. and other family members. Survivors include her two sons Tommy Ratliff and wife Lois of Bluefield, West Virginia and Ronnie Ratliff and wife Julia of Bluefield, Virginia. One daughter Tammy Walton of Fayetteville, North Carolina. One Brother Steve Adams and wife Charlotte of Oceana, West Virginia, Fiancé Eppy Ibarra of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren; Eighteen step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren. The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Private burial will follow the viewing at Mt.
