Barbara Waddell

Barbara Davidson Waddell, 83, of Lance Street, Princeton, WV, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 at her home.

Born on September 22, 1934 in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late E’Rastus “Rassie” and Florence Walker Davidson. She had been a resident of Princeton for 17 years and attended the Deliverance Temple in Brushfork. She was a retired seamstress and caregiver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Waddell; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

                Ronald (Margaret) Grubb of Charleston, SC

8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren

                                Dorcas Wright of Princeton

                                Judith Rife of Athens

                                Joan Davidson of Bluefield

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. David Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Princeton where friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 at the funeral home.
