Barbara Lee McGhee, age 72, of Fawn Hill Road, Bluefield, WV died Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at her home.Born on June 23, 1945, in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Minnie Pauley Stacy. She had been a resident of Bluefield her entire life and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, and Grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. McGhee; a son, Chuck McGhee; and 3 sisters, Shirley Meredith, Fredia Coeburn and Geraldine Stacy. Survivors include: Longtime Companion of 39 years: Billy Joe Howard of the homeBrother: Howard Stacy of Bluefield, WVSisters: Wilma Martin of Pembroke, VA Jeanette Dinger of Wytheville, VA Nancy Grandchildren: Charles III "Chip", Cloie, and Chay McGheeA graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA where her family and friends will be serving as pallbearers. Rev. Curtis Shrader will be officiating.Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at Grandview Memory Gardens at the time of service.
