Crystal Gail Thomas

Crystal Gail Thomas, 37, of Goodwins Chapel Road, Princeton, passed away on March 17, 2017.   Born on December 17, 1979 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Jerry Lee and Patricia Gail Ford Thomas. She had been a resident of Princeton for 16 years and was a stay at home mom and wife. She had a special bond with her mother and daughter. She enjoyed time at the beach and cherished memories with her childhood friends. She was avid animal lover.   Survivors include her companion of 24 years, John H. Moore, III; daughter, Shawna Gail Moore of the home; special friends, Shannon Sexton, Shawna Sexton, Deanna Harmon, Amber Dotson; a half-brother, Jay Thomas; and a grandchild on the way.   Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Minister David Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at the Gardner Cemetery on Cornbread Ridge Road with Gerald and Trevor Ford, Christopher Taylor, Justin Dube, Gary Carr, and Jimmy Rose serving as pallbearers.
