Gabriel Elijah Hagerman

Gabriel Elijah Hagerman, 10, of Lonesome Pine Road, Rock, WV, passed away from injuries sustained in a UTV accident.   Born on August 9, 2006 in Princeton, he was a son of Glenn David Hagerman, II of Rock and Kerri Dillon Hodges of Charleston. He had been a resident of Rock for all of his life and was a fifth grade student at Montcalm Elementary School. He was a member of the Montcalm Church of Christ and was a Christian. He loved life and loved the outdoors.   He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Hattie Hagerman.   Survivors in addition to his parents include his: Brothers: Jakob Callaway Hagerman of the home and Glenn David “Trey” Hagerman, III of the home. Sisters: Karlyn Hagerman of the home and Danicka Hagerman of the home. Paternal grandfather:    Glenn Hagerman of Rock, WV. Paternal grandmother:  Bonnie Hagerman of Statesville, NC. Maternal grandparents: Sharon and Tommy Green of Lashmeet, WV and Herman and Karen Dillon of Tipp City, OH. Maternal great grandmother: Eva Perkins of Princeton, WV. Special friend: Toshia Vaughan and her sons Brentley and Jayden. Dog: “Chance”   Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11:00AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Minister Tim Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at the Hagerman Family Cemetery in Rock.   Friends may call on Sunday from 6:00-8:30PM at the funeral home.
