John Mack Wright, II

                John Mack Wright II, unexpectedly departed this world for his heavenly home at his residence in Bluefield, 12/09/2016West Virginia.                 John was born on August 31, 1966 he was the son of loving parents Penny R. Wright of Bluefield, WV and the late Mack A. Wright.                 John was a 1984 graduate of Bluefield High School. John worked as a salesman for Blizzard Industrial Supply in Bluefield, Virginia and later in the coal mining industry.  He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting, campfire stories and fishing with his special uncle Mike Barker and cousin Zack Barker. He served as a fishing guide for River Bound X Stream Fly Fishing. John gave his life to Christ while attending Hinton Tabernacle Church and was baptized in the Greenbrier River on September 20, 1987.                 In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents John Mack Wright and Della Isabelle Wright; maternal grandparents William G. Radford and Ethel B. Radford.                 Survivors include his loving mother Penny R. Wright of Bluefield, West Virginia; beloved daughter Amanda Beth Wright of Hinton, West Virginia; Stepson that was the “light of his life” Ryan Lester of Tazewell, Virginia; sister Kerry Wright Buzzo and husband Thomas of Bluefield.                 Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, West Virginia with Michael Barker officiating the service. Private burial will follow.                 The Wright family will receive friends and relatives from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Mercer County Bible in the Schools, PO Box 543, Bluefield, WV 24701.                 Online condolences will be accepted at www.cravens-shires.com
