Vivian Opal East

Vivian Opal East, 91, of Village Green Circle, Princeton, WV, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2016 at Heritage Hall in Rich Creek, VA where she had been a resident the last 5 years. Born on October 17, 1925 in Wyoming, WV, she was a daughter of the late Rupert and Cloa Tabor White. She was a member of the New Vision Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William (Billy) East, and Curtis East and Ruth East Hundley.Survivors include her daughter, Louise Bailey and husband Paul of Peterstown; 5 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 10 step-great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and 2 step great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Gary Poff and Mark Harvey officiating. Burial will follow at the East Family Cemetery on Windmill Gap with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Monday from 10:00-11:00PM at the funeral home.
