Brenda Joyce East

Brenda Joyce East, 67, of Bluewell School Road Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia passed away Saturday, December 03, 2016 at her residence.                 Brenda was born on April 29, 1949 in Welch, West Virginia to the late William and Faye Blevins Sizemore. She had been a resident of Bluewell for the past 26 years and was a member of Sweet Home Baptist Church. Brenda was a former Inventory control specialist with Schewels.                 Left to cherish Brenda’s memory is her loving husband of 48 years Richard East of the home; two daughters Lisa D. Warden and husband Jeff of Bluefield, West Virginia and Rebecca L. Thompson and husband Austin of Bluefield, West Virginia. Brother Jerry Sizemore and wife Jane of Bluefield, Virginia. Four grandsons Wills Warden, Brendan Warden, Trevor Thompson and Riley Thompson.                   Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 06, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia with Elder Thurman Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluefield, West Virginia where Wills Warden, Brendan Warden, Chuck Lawless, Shane Norris, Larry Ferguson and Zack Lawless will be serving as pallbearers.                 The East family will be receiving friends and relatives on Monday, December 05, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
