Robert Alexander Finley

Robert Alexander Finley, 61, of Brett Street, Gary, WV, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at his home. Born on April 14, 1955 in Welch, he was a son of the late John A. and Alma Jeann Lester Finley. He had been a lifelong resident of Gary and was of the Holiness faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death bya sister, Deana Kidwell. Survivors include his wife, Christine Gabiel Finley of home; three sons, Joseph Finley of NC, Harvey Holleman and wife Rachael of Bluefield, and Jackie Holleman and wife Marie of Elkhorn; 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, special granddaughter, Jordan Holleman of Princeton; special grandson, Michael Holleman of Bluefield; special nephew, Scotty Chinsolo; special niece, Brandy Stroupe; and great grandchildren, Cameron Holleman and Aubree Lumpkins; brothers, Randall Finley of Princeton and Johnny Ray Finley of Bluefield; and sister, Darlita Stroupe and Welch. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, September 26, 2016 12:00 Noon at the Havaco Community Church with Pastor Dean Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Scotty Chinsolo, Harvey Holleman, Michael Holleman, Jackie Holleman, Joseph Finley, and Jason McCallister will serve as pallbearers.
