Bonnie Hatfield

BLUEFIELD — Bonnie (Moore) Hatfield, 82, of 206 Captain Street, PO Box 3621, Bluefield, WV 24701, and formerly of Anawalt, WV, ended her journey in this life and went home to be an angel with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 11, 2016. Born August 6, 1934 in Pageton, WV, she was the daughter of the late Coley Moore and Carrie (Fuller) Moore White. She was a retired-self-employed business owner of Bonnie's Store and Restaurant in Anawalt, WV. She was preceded in death by daughter, Charlotte Ann Jack, and infant son at birth; by brothers, Melvin Moore, Bobby Moore, and Johnnie Moore, sisters Mildred Florence Nolley, Betty Graham, and Mable (Pip) Bartley. Survivors include her loving daughter, "Barbara Jack"-Roark of Bluefield, WV. She dearly loved her grandson, Jody Brooks and wife, Sherry of Bluefield, WV. Her precious great-grandchildren also survive were Heather Brooks, JoJo Brooks, and Coley Brooks and great-great grandson, Zaiden Avery Mitchem, was her daily happiness. Also surviving are her loving companion and best friend, Tommy Kimble and her brother, Jim Moore, of Dunbar, WV. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Martin West officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV where Jody Brooks, JoJo Brooks, Coley Brooks, Tommy Kimble, Steven Mitchem, and Charlie Haines will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chuck Barton and Scotty Warren. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 6pm to 8pm at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home, in Bluewell, WV. Her loving family will be with her at 5pm.
