Lois Ann Brown

Lois Ann Brown, 69, of Kenwood Road Bluefield, WV passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Mercer Nursing and Rehab Center in Bluefield, WV. Lois was born on June 02, 1947 in Bluefield, WV to the late James and Flora Harry Larue. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield, WV and attended the Christian Mission Church on Littlesburg Road in Bluefield, WV. She was retired from the Bluefield State College accounting department. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother. She is survived by two sons Shannon Dwight Brown of Bluefield, WV and Michael Paul Brown and wife Jennifer Rose of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by three grandchildren Dakota and Jodi Brown both of Bluefield, WV and Jacob Michael Brown of Roanoke, VA. Graveside rites will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV with Rev. Donald Compton officiating the service. Friends and family will be serving as pallbearers. The Brown family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), WV.
